enVista Aspire™
Intermediate Optimized monofocal IOLs
Elevate the Everyday
Transcend the boundaries of standard monofocals and deliver your patients an IOL designed for the modern world — a fusion of uncompromised distance contrast sensitivity with an optic designed for a broader depth of focus.*1
*Based on optical bench testing – MTF study in ISO2 model cornea, comparison of MX60E and enVista Aspire.
Broader Depth of Focus
Unlike conventional spherical monofocal IOLs and low-order aspheric IOLs, enVista Aspire™ utilizes higher-order aspheric coefficients on the posterior surface of the lens for a broader range of vision compared to a standard monofocal IOL.*
* Based on optical bench testing - MTF study in ISO2 (+0.28μm) model cornea
Central zone
1. Intermediate Optimized (IO) central zone, enVista Aspire™ utilizes higher-order aspheric coefficients on the posterior surface to create a broader depth of focus.1
2. Featuring 3C (Controlled Curvature Change) technology, enVista Aspire™ optics are designed to harmonize the geometric power profile outward between the central base power and power at the periphery.2
Optic power profile
3. The unique optic of enVista Aspire™ creates a gradual transitional distribution of light energy from center to periphery, and optic feature designed to minimize dysphotopsias.2
* Based on optic design characteristics, Data on File.
Intermediate Optimized optic
- enVista Aspire demonstrated 1.25D of continuous DOF2*
* Based on optical bench testing – MTF study in ISO1 model cornea.

DOF = Depth of Focus
Excellent contrast sensitivity
Image analysis showed enVista Aspire™ demonstrated approximately 20% higher contrast across the entire through focus range compared to TECNIS Eyhance.3
enVista Aspire™ Toric
Removing cataracts. Correcting astigmatism. Both at the same time.
As little as 0.50 D of astigmatism has the potential to affect functional and low contrast visual acuity4 and has an impact on the visual comfort of computer users.4
With enVista Aspire Toric Low-Cyl correction technology:
- Expand the range of astigmatism you can treat during cataract removal surgery with an IOL compared to other monofocal toric options
- Correct as low as 0.77D of astigmatism at the corneal plane2
enVista Aspire Toric is the only Low-Cyl toric IOL below 1.5D commercially available in the US.
enVista toric platform
Lock in rotational stability you can count on
The enVista Toric Calculator: Your partner in accuracy
Powered by the modern Emmetropia Verifying Optical (EVO) formula, the enVista toric calculator outperforms calculators that use older formulas to predict spherical equivalence. It also exceeds legacy calculators in providing data in cases of low astigmatism.5
